The program is equipping 500K youths (age 15-34) per African country in the next 5 years with in-demand technology skills, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship to position Africa as a 4IR leader.

This program deploys an AI-powered platform that bridges the gap between young African tech talent and employers, entrepreneurs and organizations in need of skilled professionals in frontier technologies. The platform will be a two-sided marketplace, providing tech services, frontier job listings, internships, project collaborations and innovation challenges.

This program is connecting 2 Million young African talent (age 15-34) in 5 years with employers, startups, and organizations in need of skills in frontier technologies.

Talent Marketplace: Youth create profiles to showcase skills, certifications, and portfolios for freelance, project collaborations, or full-time roles.

Employer/Client Portal: Employers post job openings, internships, and project needs. Youth bid on specific technology challenges to offer solutions.

Innovation Hub: Launch innovation challenges, hackathons, and provide seed funding, mentorship, and networking for youth-led startups.

Learning & Development: Offer online courses and digital literacy programs, especially for underserved youth, with specialized training in AI, blockchain, IoT, cybersecurity, and renewable energy.

Youth Employment Impact: As a result of the platform, starting from 5,000 in Year 1 to 50,000 by Year 5.

Digital Inclusion Impact: Percentage of youth in underserved regions who gain digital skills, expected to increase from 10% to 90% by Year 5
